Our Steaks are Certified Angus Beef and USDA Choice. That means thick cuts of Midwestern Beef are charbroiled and full of flavor. The result is a tender, juicy and incredibly flavorful steak. Fresh Seafood....Smoked Baby Back Ribs....Rotisserie Chicken....and Bison meat...are only a few of many hometown favorites you'll find on our menu created from family recipes.
