About the Ranch

In September 1988, Fred and Matoula Dallas built and opened their first restaurant on this site, known as Bit of Country. Exactly ten years later, they passed the torch to their daughter and son-in-law, Helen and Mark Haro. Following extensive remodeling, the Haro's dream Hickory Ranch Steakhouse became a reality. The Haro's now carry on the family tradition of great food and excellent service delivered in warm, friendly surroundings.

All the menu items are prepared fresh daily from the highest quality ingredients. Hickory Ranch is known for homemade soups, a variety of pasta and chicken specialties, and the freshest seafood selections. And now we have improved our already outstanding beef and pork specialties including steaks, hamburgers and delicious ribs by partnering with Double R Ranch / Agri-Beef brand products.

For your dining enjoyment, there is also a full sports bar on the premises, offering specialty cocktails and a large selection of wine and beer. Whether it's a wine pairing dinner or watching sporting events on 6 TVs and a 120" HDTV, you'll find the Sports Bar is a lively, fun gathering place to meet friends old and new.
